I've been wearing this around my waist on morning runs and it barely bounces. The internal pocket keeps my keys from scratching my phone, which was always a problem with my old one.

The little bike light loop on the back is such a smart touch, I clip my rear blinky straight to it for evening rides. Slinging it across my chest keeps my phone and keys handy without a bulky backpack. Honestly forgot I was wearing it half the time.

The bike light loop on the back is such a small detail but it's exactly what I needed for my evening rides. Threw my keys and phone in the main compartment and they stayed put thanks to the internal pocket. Sits flat against my back whether I wear it crossbody or around the waist.
