Berretto in Pile a Cupola

Wore this on a windy hike last weekend and my whole head stayed toasty, which never happens with my old beanie since the fleece actually covers my ears. The shade over my face was a nice bonus I didn't expect from a winter cap.

The dome shape keeps the wind off my ears while still letting me wear sunglasses without fogging up, which is a huge plus for winter hikes. I've been reaching for it every cold morning since it arrived, and the fleece stays cozy even after hours outdoors.

The dome shape actually gives my ears real coverage without the fabric bunching awkwardly under my chin, which is my usual gripe with beanies. It's been my daily driver for dog walks this week and I haven't once felt that cold draft sneak down the back of my neck.
