The paracord brim on this cap is way sturdier than I expected, and it's held its shape perfectly after a few weeks of daily wear. Five panels keep it soft enough to shove in a bag without it getting crushed.

This is my third Western-style cap and the five-panel fit is by far the most comfortable—no awkward pressure points after a full day wearing it. The patch on the front has a nice weight to it, feels sturdier than the usual thin embroidery.

The paracord brim gives it a rugged edge that actually holds its shape, and the patch on the front feels properly stitched, not like it'll peel after a week. I've worn it on a few hikes and it's kept its form without getting flimsy, though the high profile took a day to get used to.
